Individual Therapy
“Life can get confusing and frustrating when you know where you want to be and can’t seem to get there. Ryanne is able to access the missing pieces and ease the mind by bringing to light nuances that are tucked away and not accessible on your own.” -Jaime B.
I can’t fix you because you are not broken.
What I can do is create a safe container for you to bring all the pieces of yourself — your identities and experiences, traumas and challenges — and explore together how you can integrate your multiplicities to develop more authenticity and ease in your daily life.
As a queer kid with uncommon intuition growing up in a small town, I know what it’s like to have therapy done to me. Therapy that aimed to name my experience as the problem and change my behavior to reduce the friction my authenticity caused to the norms around me.
That’s why I believe so deeply that healing can’t be prescribed by a detached clinician. It happens in relationship.
It happens when you connect with someone who shows up fully as themselves to see, celebrate and honor the fullness of your humanity.
It happens when you have a guide who can ask curious questions that illuminate new perspectives and unravel ingrained assumptions
It happens when you have space to process what feels unspeakable or unknowable because you trust that you will be held in compassion and the recognition that you are doing the best you can given your circumstances
It happens when you not only have the wisdom of self-discovery but the self-determination to make your own decisions about what to do next
That’s what I do. While I have more than 15 years experience working with clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, I recognize that you are the expert of your experience. There is nothing too big, too hard or too scary that I can't help hold in a session — and I will never ask you to go more deeply than I have gone with myself. I like to say that my ultimate goal is for your insides to match your outsides so you can live your most authentic life.
While many of the clients I work with identify as queer, like me, I have extensive experience with clients of all backgrounds. I’ve worked with client with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and PTSD, but I specialize in serving:
adults (21+) who are highly sensitive
those who are wanting to live more wholly and authentically as themselves
those that are looking to break intergenerational and transgenerational patterns and trauma
and parents of young children who are wanting to explore different ways of parenting

Ryanne sees the potential in people and knows how to challenge while supporting growth and self-love. I enjoyed working with Ryanne as I felt comfortable bringing my seriousness as well as my silliness to the conversation and she could flow with it all. I always felt accompanied in my processing, supported in my growth, and strengthened in my path.

Ryanne is caring, open and understanding. I feel completely safe sharing my fears and darkest moments with her. I have never felt judged or misunderstood. I highly recommend her to anyone [working with] self doubt and emotional lability.

I had the privilege of working with Ryanne to help process some intense grief I was experiencing after my Mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Ryanne listens deeply to words and energy. She helped me peel back each of the layers to come to a place where I am more at peace with what is.
